Team Organization

The Paul Coverdell National Acute Stroke Registry grant was awarded to the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services(NC-DHHS) in July 2004. In conjunction with the NC-DHHS, the North Carolina Acute Stroke Registry is led by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Department of Epidemiology and the North Carolina Collaborative Stroke Registry Advisory Committee.

Dr. Wayne D. Rosamond is the primary investigator. The co-investigators are Dr. Kathryn M. Rose and Dr. Ana Felix.
